Ninja Blade announced at Microsoft's Fall Press Conference

Take a look at the screenshot of Ninja Blade to the left, and although you may be reminded of a certain other Ninja franchise, this one is brand new. Showing an extremely brief trailer, the game was announced as being developed by From Software, who recently came to the console with Tenchu Z and Armoured Core.The trailer is impressive, albeit in a flashy "this probably won't be gameplay" way, but we can look forward to more information on Ninja Blade in the coming months. None the less, it is releaving to see a non shooter exclusive come out for the Xbox 360.
