New Bungie game is for Microsoft

In a reply to a NeoGAF forum thread, Luke Smith has confirmed that Bungie's next project is for Microsoft:"Our publisher is Microsoft."
*sigh in relief* Well, the worry is over; I guess Bungie just couldn't sail that far from home. I'm not complaining.
The post is number 598, and it's in response to this post from a NeoGAF member: "I read that. Bungie is the one who made this great little hype machine. And--although this will just add to the fire--they never say it's Microsoft." Well, Bungie just did.
Luke Smith later said to Joystiq: "We still have an exclusive publishing agreement with Microsoft, as we confirmed when we announced the split last year. That arrangement has not changed."
