Grand Theft Auto IV: cheaters do prosper

Cheaters never prosper according to most conventions. However, in videogames this old adage has kind of slipped off to the wayside, or fallen off the edge completely. The Game Genie popularized it and the Grand Theft Auto series keeps the tradition alive. With that in mind, I present you with some of the more popular cheats for the newest addition.
